At Cloudies™, we want you to feel like you're walking on air, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right with a seamless and stress-free process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Cloudies™.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out.
