How do I choose the correct size for my Cloudies™?

Our footwear generally runs true to size. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Are Cloudies™ waterproof and easy to clean?

Yes! Our signature EVA material is water-resistant and quick-drying. To clean them, simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let them air dry in a shaded area.
